LOMBOK

The
Province of West Nusa Tenggara, also known as part of
the Lesser Sunda Islands, comprise Bali and eastward
through Timor. The two major islands in this province
are Lombok and Sumbawa. Lombok is where the transition
from the western to the eastern Indonesian fauna and
flora begins. The northern part of the island is mountainous
and verdant with tall trees and shrubs covering the
land.

at Yogya, our guide will take you strait to Borobudur
temple, Mendut temple, and Pawon temple, three of many
more magnificent remnants of Indonesia’s glorious past.
Then continue to Yogya down town as we visit the Sultan’s
Royal Palace, along with the Taman Sari Water Castle.
After lunch, witness Yogyakarta’s richness of artwork
as we bring you to visit Batik home industry, Wayang
leather puppet gallery, and silversmith at Kota Gede
area. A last stop before going back to the airport will
be the magnificent Prambanan hindunese temple.

KOMODO ISLAND

Start
your trekking, walking through the typical dry forest
to explore the Komodo dragon, island itself, wild animals
and various species of tropical birds. You are sometime
see the wild horses, wild buffalo, deer (rusa) and wild
pig. Keep your eyes look above as sometime you will
find the young Komodo dragon are on the trees. A local
ranger will lead you to enter this nature preservation.
After discovery the land and its life, we return to
boat and proceed to Pantai Merah (Pink Beach) for a
peaceful beach, swimming and snorkel in unspoiled coral
and reef amongst colorful tropical fish.

KELIMUTU
COLOR LAKES

East Nusa Tenggara's natural wonder and one o Indonesia's
most mysterious and dramatic sights can be found on
top of this mountain, some 66 km from Ende, or 83 km
from Maumere. It has a unique and spectacular view on
its three crater lakes with their respective colors.
The colors, how ever, have changed continually since
the eruption of mount Iya in Ende in 1969.

FLORES OVERLAND

Flores one
of the biggest island on the territory of East Nusa Tenggara
Province. The archipelago of East Nusa Tenggara Province
comprises 566 islands. The three main islands are Flores,
Sumba and Timor. Flores is a long island located between
Sumbawa West Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi Nort of Flores, Sumba
Island south of Flores and Timor East of Flores. Flores
is strewn with volcanoes in a mountain chain dividing
it into several regions with distinctive languages and
traditions, scenic beauty, good beaches, and natural wonders.
The Flores island is split into six regencies from west
to east these are West Manggarai, Manggarai, Ngada, Ende,
Sikka, and East Flores with their capital is Labuan Bajo,
Ruteng, Bajawa, Ende, Maumere and Larantuka.
The population of Flores is of mixed ethnic origin, with
considerable linguistic differences. Recent archeological
findings indicate Flores is associated with Paleolithic
Malay culture, besides having Melanesian cultural characteristics.
