The candlelit restaurant offers both guests and visitors fine dining.
The food is a gastronomic experience, freshly prepared in a spotless
kitchen. The menu is exciting and inspirational, featuring both
international and western food, with lots of vegetarian choices.
Only bottled water is used. We make our own breads, jams, pastas,
yogurts, ice creams and muesli. The menu is varied and specials
change daily. The staff experiment continually with fusion cooking,
blending the Indonesian flavours with western tastes. The delightful
staff are very friendly and cater to your every need. The food is
fresh, tasty, reasonably priced and a joy to behold!

· Fern tips with chillies and ginger in coconut milk
· Julienne green papaya, carrots & long beans in lemon
honey dressing topped with peanuts
· Chicken cordon bleu
· Spicy eggplant
· Tuna with pickles, olives and capers in creamy mustard
mayonnaise
· Chicken chunks with mango chutney, nuts & raisins in
curried cream cheese
· Freshly caught fish with basil parmesan sauce, shrimp sauce
or breaded with cheese and nuts
· Beef & Guinness stew
· Pancakes stuffed with raspberries and chocolate, rich chocolate
mousse, our own bread & butter puddings and egg custards with

The restaurant is right on the beach with waves lapping
beside you. Lulled by soft music, wine, fresh flowers and candlelight,
your tastes are tempted by great food. Relax and watch the fishermen
slowly moving out to sea for the night's catch. The lamps of the
fishing boats bob on the horizon and shoals of fish leap before
your eyes.
