Lovina location

If you take a meandering drive through lush vegetation, serene rice
paddies, over picturesque mountains and past fields of blue hydrangeas,
you pass the lakes of Beratan, Buyan and Tamblingan. Continue on
past the fruit and vegetable market of Bedugul and wind down again
towards the sparkling ocean, to the "real" Bali , here
in the north. The journey takes a little over two hours but it is
well worth the effort! Call us and we can arrange your transport
to this special, little place.

The resort of Lovina starts about 4 km west of Singaraja
and encompasses about 8 km containing 6 villages, Pemaron, Anturan,
Tukadmungga, Kalibukbuk, Kaliasem and Temukus.
Villa Agung Beach Inn is situated in Tukadmungga, a quiet part of
Lovina, about 5 km from the historic town of Singaraja, once capital
and port of Bali during colonial times. Half way between the bustling
market town of Singaraja and touristy Lovina proper, set well back
from the main road, Villa Agung Beach Inn is right on the beach
itself.

Believed to be the original homestay accommodation
in this area, it has always been a popular hangout for ex-pats and
visitors alike. Many visitors come back and reminisce about the
wonderful times they remember here. Lovingly restored by its present
owners, Sandy (English) and Gus (American), it has an ambience all
of its own.
