MEETING AND BANQUET CAPABILITIES
The hotel's meeting and conference facilities are adaptable and
versatile. The hotel boasts a total of 14 meeting rooms from The
Grand Ball Room to smaller meeting rooms capable of handling between
20 to 70 persons.
Accommodating and professional staff are on hand to cater to every
aspect of function and meeting requirements. The property also offers
a range of special themes to suit individual group requirements.
These include Kampung Nelayan Bali or the Fisherman Village Theme,
as well as the Raja Laya where we decorate the room to resemble
a Balinese Royal Gala occasion.
The Hotels extensive range of restaurants provide excellent venues
for conference and incentive groups meal arrangements, with capacities
ranging from between 100 to 400 people. Additionally the hotels
extensive grounds provide numerous opportunities for outside venues.
The Beach Garden, for example, is able to accommodate a capacity
of up to 1500 people for al fresco dinner.
A Full range of audio-visual and PA equipment is readily available.
Simultaneous multi translation and presentation facilities can be
provided. The resorts outstanding capabilities include video conferencing
and teleconferencing.
Bali Hilton International can take care of your events offsite.
Some of the more popular venues are the Mengwi temple, Tanah Lot,
Uluwatu, Nusa Dua peninsula and Jimbaran Bay.

MEETING ROOMS
Grand Ballroom
The grand Ballroom is located in the first floor below the main
lobby. It accommodates up to 700 people for receptions and 400 for
dinners and can be partitioned into two separate rooms for smaller
banquets or meeting rooms. It is also suitable as one large meeting
room venue. It encompasses a large pre-function area suitable for
exhibitions, coffee breaks or pre-dinner cocktails. Opposite are
a further three interconnecting boardrooms ideal for private banquets
or breakout rooms.
Sanur, Kuta, and Legian rooms
Located next to Ballroom, these three interconnecting rooms are
suitable for small functions, breakout rooms, and secretariat or
VIP rooms. Each room can be used separately or for additional space
these rooms can be converted into one medium sized conference room.
The capacity ranges from between 50 people theatre style for the
individual room up to 120 people when converted into one facility.
Samudra room
The Samudra room is located in the third floor in the North Wing.
It can accommodate up 600 people for cocktails or receptions or
220 people for dinner. The function room enjoys elegant Balinese
décor, adorned by beautiful ornate pillars. The foyer is
suitable for a reception area or for coffee breaks. Outside the
verandah can also be used for coffee breaks as well as pre dinner
cocktails.
Meeting Center
Located on the second floor of the North Wing, the Meeting Center
consists of an office area, storage room and the following six meeting
rooms:

Bali room
The largest room in meeting center, the Bali room can accommodate
up to 80 people theatre style. The wooden carved wall converts into
a white board. A large wooden boardroom table with comfortable chairs
makes this room an excellent venue for executive meetings.

Flores, Sumba and Banda room
These three boardrooms can each accommodate up to 32 people theatre
style. Features include a wooden carved wall can be converted into
a built in white board. These rooms are suitable for small meetings
or breakout rooms, as well as offices.

Lombok and Moyo room
These rooms have natural light and can accommodate up to 40 people
theatre style. The wooden carved wall can be converted into a built
in white board. These rooms are suitable for small meetings or breakout
rooms.

KAMPUNG NELAYAN BALI
Under the natural light of the moon, enhanced only by plenty of
torches, a lavish seafood barbeque buffet dinner is presented on
traditional boats with colorful sails on our white sandy beach.
The gigantic stage seems like floating in the ocean. Your company's
logo is dominantly displayed.
After meeting at the poolside for a gathering cocktail served by
beautiful Balinese Maidens your guests dressed in Balinese sarongs
follow a procession of Balinese drums and giant cowbells to the
Beach Garden. Here, an authentic Balinese fisherman village is reproduced.
Your guests can admire the many typical handicrafts of Bali while
at the same time being entertained by frog dancers.
During dinner extracts of other famous dances are performed on
stage. Later, an extravagant parade of Balinese maidens carrying
" Gebogan" on their heads come on stage presenting your
company's logo. The evening comes to a close with dancing to the
latest to 40 and maybe are familiar older tunes performed by a live
band.

Setting:
At the beach garden, a recreated authentic fisherman village or
"Kampung Nelayan Bali", features the day to day activities
before going offshore. At the beach itself, the buffet dinner is
displayed on colorful boats and the performances on a giant stage,
which seems like floating in the sea.

Programme of the evening
* All participants should meet at poolside area punctually; they
are welcomed by Balinese maidens who will assist them to wear Balinese
attire. While enjoying our special Bali moon Cocktail welcome drinks,
which is served in a whole fresh pineapple, guests have some time
to socialize with others.
* The traditional procession of "Gerumbungan" (or a troop
of Cowbells) lead the participants to the Beach Garden following
a path which is lighted up by torches, candles and lampions.
* The "BOMA" Balinese gate welcomes all guests to fishermen
village exhibition venue. Young Balinese maidens line up along the
way, which is beautifully decorated by art janur, torches and penjor
(Balinese poles).
* At the Fishermen village distinctly exhibit their daily activities
are presented:
- Kite making
- Batik & oil painting - Hand weaving
- Domino & Meceki playing - Egg painting
- Wood carving - Fortune teller
- Fisherman net knitting - Balinese boutique
- Coconut leaves & lontar weaving
* Complimentary refreshments and Canapés are served for 30
minutes.
* Balinese Frog dancers perform and mingle with guests. A Baris
Gede dance follow which symbolizes the old palace army practicing
their strength. Beautiful girls show Joged Bumbung dance and invite
your guests to dance along.
* Another traditional procession of Tektekan ( bamboo music group
) accompanied by Rangda (a giant) appears and leads the guests to
the sandy beach for dinner.
* After being seated the guests are entertained by Panyembrama (Balinese
welcome dance) for about 10 minutes, If required your opening ceremony
can be arranged after this dance
* While enjoy a lavish buffet dinner, our Batak quartet will serenade
from table to table.
* After the dinner a Kecak dance is performed. Eighty dancers shouting
the " Cak - Cak" rhythm add magic to the evening.
* An impressive array of 30 Balinese maidens carrying the "Gebogan"
on their head present the company's logo on stage.
* A live band with 2 singers attracts your guests to the dance floor
and provides entertainment until midnight.

RAJALAYA ROYAL GALA DINNER
Rajalaya service was traditionally reserved for the royal families.
Each course was served with a grand procession and all food was
placed on the table for the guests to serve themselves.
The Rajalaya Royal Gala Dinner at the Bali Hilton truly lives up
to its historical background. The Grand Ballroom is elaborately
decorated for this royal occasion and no less than two waiters/
waitresses and more than 250 entertainers are there to serve and
delight you.
After the grand procession from the cocktail venue to the ballroom
and welcome by Balinese Maidens in festive attire the service of
each course of the 7 course gala dinner menu is preceded by a procession.
For the food, emphasis is placed on creative food presentation using
local artifacts while as for the entertainment dancers and artists
are wearing the authentic and colourful costumes. The musical background
is provided by a traditional gamelan orchestra.

* Guests meeting point and pre-dinner cocktail at The Ayodya dining
area
* On the entrance of The Ayodya, Along the way guests are welcomed
by Balinese maidens. in elaborate costumes shower the guests with
flower petals - a sign of welcome. Inside the ballroom a ceremonial
gamelan orchestra will play.
* After being seated you may hold an opening speech.
* Preceding the service of the first course, the Rangda (historical
Balinese giant figure) and Gerumbungan orchestra (Balinese drumband)
enter followed by a parade of waiters carrying the starter.
* The service of the second course is accompanied by the ceremonial
gamelan orchestra. After all guests have been served the waiters
will imitate the Kecak dancers raising their atms and shouting "Cak-Cak".
* The third course starts with the procession of a Tektekan (Bamboo
orchestra) and the Barong symbolizing the good spirit which Balinese
people believe in.
* Entertainment by the Bleganjur orchestra accompanies the sherbet.
* A group of young boys dressed as frogs perform on stage and, then,
mingle with the guests while the main course is served.
* The climax of the service is reached when Balinese maidens dressed
in full temple costumes carry the desserts on top of Gebogans (temple
offerings) on their head.
* While guests are enjoying their Coffee or Tea and Indonesian Petits
Fours a Belibis and Manuk Rawa dance is performed on stage.
